Rotary Club of Crestview Supports Raider Athletic Success

The Crestview Rotary Club has provided twenty five years of annual support mostly directed to Northwest Florida State College Athletics. Their generosity totals more than $140,000 and has helped Raider Athletic teams enjoy another stellar year.  The Club’s Annual Wild Game Feast, held in February at the Gum Creek Lodge, was a Crestview Rotary Giftresounding success this year and grossed $7,500 in support to the Raider Athletic programs.

This year’s gift from the club is being used to enhance student athlete success – providing further academic support through readily available tutoring services and laptops. Raider athletes maintain a 3.0 average GPA and 92% go on to      4-year institutions playing his/her sport on scholarship. It’s apparent the Crestview Rotary Club’s efforts annually deliver a major impact on the success  of Northwest Florida State College and its student athletes.  The Raider Athletic Department is especially thankful for all of their hard work and commitment to the future of the college.
