At Northwest Florida State College we are more than a College, we are a community. When one of our own is in need, we rally together to lift them up. During these times of uncertainty, NWF State College is working tirelessly to remove barriers so that all students continue to receive the highest quality education during the unprecedented challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2018, the NWFSC Foundation established the Student Emergency Fund, which gives the College the ability to provide financial assistance to students whose lack of basic necessities and/or ability to function creates a hardship.

“Whether our students are faced with lost wages as businesses close, or they lack the necessary technology to support online learning from home – now, more than ever, they need your help,” said Dr. Devin Stephenson, NWFSC president.

While external support funds the Student Emergency Fund annually, our current need far surpasses our available resources. The cost of housing, food and technology to learn remotely, may make it impossible for our students to stay enrolled. Your support will help provide stability and hope during these unpredictable times.
