Helen and Arthur Rosenbaum believe strongly in the benefits of post-high school education and the impact that schooling can have on a person’s life. With both of their children having bachelor’s and master’s degrees, their intent with this endowment is to help provide a student with the ability to pursue their post-high school education.
The scholarship will go to a student enrolled at Northwest Florida State College who resides in Okaloosa or Walton County and will help the student further their education and reach their goals.
